    I recently visited Original German Doner Kebab and had a mixed experience. While the food was generally good, there are areas that need improvement. The tables were not clean, which was disappointing. We ordered four different meal deals; three were perfect, but the spring rolls meal deal, advertised to include three rolls, only came with two. Prices are a bit high for the portion sizes. On the plus side, there was no big wait for our order. Overall, it's a decent spot but could benefit from better cleanliness and more accurate portions.

    First I would like to say that jade in the Loughborough branch has the best customer service skills that ever seen as soon as I walked into the building I felt the positivity got greeting straight away with a big smile and a nice kind hello she was very positive and attentive she listened to my request because I’ve had a few bad experiences in other branches but I can’t say one bad thing about this branch jade is a amazing memeber of staff I think she should get a pay rise for how good she is! Give that women a pay rise hahahah I’m very happy with my experience and will be coming back

    Honestly so disappointed, ordered a sharing bundle for two, didn’t receive items (x spring rolls) had no salad or any sauce in one, hardly any filling, and the chips were cold. First time trying and the last. Thankful to Uber eats who refunded us. Tried to call the restaurant as we would have liked to let them rectify the issues but they just transferred us to Uber eats.

    Review for The German Doner KebabI am very disappointed with the service we received. We visited as a group of four and expected to enjoy our meal together, but that didn’t happen. The service was poorly organized—first, only one kebab was brought to the table, and it took another minutes for two more to arrive. By the time the fourth meal was ready, the first person had already finished eating.The vegetarian kebab was double-salted, and after complaining, they remade it. The fries for all meals arrived minutes after the kebabs, and the glass bottle of Coke I was served had rust on the top, which is unacceptable.When I raised my concerns, I was told the restaurant was busy with deliveries and only had two people working in the kitchen. However, this is not the customer’s problem. If the restaurant is busy and making extra money, they should hire more staff to ensure both dine-in and delivery customers receive proper service. We paid for our meal just like anyone else and did not expect to be served one by one while we were looking at each others face. Very disappointing experience overall. After raising our concerns the lady was sorry however no initiative to get a resolutionn!
